NAME:

The name of the trust shall be “AMC MEDICAL EDUCATION TRUST “ hereinafter shall be referred to as “THE TRUST” unless the context otherwise requires.

REGISTERED OFFICE:

The Registered office of the THE TRUST shall be situated at The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Ramanbhai Patel Bhavan, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad –380013 in the state of Gujarat, or at a place, as may be decided by the governing body from time to time.

OBJECTS:

The Aims and Objects of the trust are briefly specified herein and the benefit thereof shall be extended to all irrespective of class , community, creed or religion and for general public utility.
