To establish patients care with up- to date and modern equipments and instruments and to attend to and take care of the patients in an intensive manner.

To establish, maintain and support libraries, museums and reading rooms for advancements of education and knowledge.

To maintain and establish ancillary institutions to promote the above causes and to develop the facilities provided herein above.

Awarding Scholarship on such terms and conditions as the trustees may think fit for the purpose of undertaking, prosecuting and encouraging higher education and research work in any branch of medicine or any other branch or branches of modern applied science in its widest and more comprehencive sense.

To explore the possibilities of augmenting the resources of the trust by exploring or innovating activities such as research and development, consultancy and providing services to various sectors of the trust.

To cooperate with national / international agencies engaged in health and family welfare planning programmes, in training, research and service activities including interchange of personnel , material and data.

Affording of medical relief in such manner as the trustees may think fit, including.

1. Grant of subscriptions and donations to hospitals, dispensaries, convalescent homes, asylums, nursing homes, orphanages and other public institutions for period as the trustees may think fit.

2. Endowments to and help or support to hospitals, maternity homes, sanitariums and dispensaries.

3. Grant of medical help to the poor and grant of medical help to deserving persons during epidemic, famine, flood, earthquake or any unforeseen calamity or war or warlike operations.

Acquiring sites for the buildings, restoring, altering, enlarging, maintaining and endowing schools, libraries, reading rooms, research institutions, hostels etc.
Establishing and supporting professorships, fellowships, lectureships, in any college or other educational institutions and awarding scholarships and prizes or giving loans to scholars in any school , college, university or other educational institutions in such manner as the trustees may think fit.

To provide the efficient and responsive administration, scientific and responsive administration, scientific managements and develop organization of teaching and research.

To create administrative, technical, medical and other posts in the trust and make appointments thereto on accordance with the rules and regulations of the trust.

To appoint and hire services or discharge/ terminate the services of the personnel and to pay them in return for the services rendered to the trust, salaries, wages, gratuities, pensions, provident fund and other allowances or remuneration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the trust.

To apply for and take out purchase or otherwise acquire any trade marks, patents, brevets, invention licenses, copyrights, concessions and the like conferring any exclusive or non-exclusive or limited right to user any secret or other information as to any invention which may seem capable of being used for any of the purposes of the Trustee or acqisitioon of which may seen calculated directly or indirectly to benefit the trust and to use, carry out, exercise and develop and turn to account the property, right or information so acquired and to grant licenses to use the same.

To accept grants of money, securities and properties of any kind and/or produce capital financial assistance or accommodation on such terms which may be expedient.

To issue appeals and apply for money and funds in the furtherance of the objects of the trust and to raise or collect funds by gifts, donations, subscriptions or otherwise, of cash and securities and any property either movable or immovable and grant such right and privileges to the donors, subscribers, and other benefactors as the trust may consider fit and proper.

To invest and deal with the funds and money of the trust.

To acquire by gift, purchase, exchange, lease, hire or otherwise, any property, movable or immovable which may be necessary or convenient for the purpose of the trust and build, construct, improve, alter, demolish and repair the building, works and constructions as may be necessary for carrying out the object of trust.

To borrow and raise money with or without security or the security of a mortgage charge or hypothecation or pledge of all or in any other manner.
To sell mortgage, lease, exchange and otherwise transfer or dispose of all or any part of the property, movable or immovable of the trust for the furtherance of its objective subject to prior approval of the governing body of the trust.

To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute, sign, issue and otherwise deal with cheques, hundies, drafts certificates, receipts, government securities, promissory notes, bills of exchange or other instruments and securities whether negotiable or transferable or transferable or not, for purpose of the trust.

To enter into any agreement with any government or authority, municipal, local or otherwise, to obtain form such government or authority any rights, privileges, concessions, statutory or otherwise, that the trust may deem desirable to obtain and carry out, exercise and comply with such arrangements, rights, privileges and concessions.

To create, accept and undertake the management and administration of any endowment or trust fund, or any subscription or donation provided that same is unaccompanied by any condition inconsistent with or in conflict with the nature and objects for which the trust is established.

To undertake such other activities of general public utility not involving the objects of profit.

To make rules and regulations and bye-laws for the conduct of the affairs of the trust and to add, to amend, vary or rescind from time to time.
